COSTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Know what
you are paying for.
Website design, the domain and hosting are separate parts of the solution. Extra includes help setting up and connecting your domain. You pay domain and hosting fees directly to the provider.

- You pay me the agreed package price: Start DKK 2,500, Standard DKK 3,000 or Extra DKK 5,000 as a one-off payment. You pay 50% at the agreed start and 50% on approval.
- Domain
- You pay registration and renewals directly with the domain provider from the first year. The domain is registered in your name or your business name.
- Hosting
- You pay for the selected hosting solution. The price depends on the provider and service. You clarify both the initial and ongoing cost with your hosting provider.
SETUP & INSTALLATION
From a name online
to a complete website.
Extra includes help with your domain and connecting it to your ready-to-use hosting service. You handle choosing, setting up and managing hosting with your provider. We agree on domain assistance by email.

Choose your domain.
Find an available name, register it with your provider and keep your account details safe.

Choose hosting.
You choose and set up hosting with a provider yourself. If you already have hosting, ask your provider whether it supports the website.

Publish your website.
You or your hosting provider publish the website files. You or your provider are responsible for hosting setup and management.

Connect the address.
Set the domain’s DNS records to the hosting provider’s instructions. This connects the name to the website.

Prepare for visitors.
HTTPS provides an encrypted connection. We review the presentation and contact options before launch.
No app required.
You and your customers open the website directly in a browser on desktop, iPad or mobile. Visitors generally do not need to install anything. Setup takes place with your domain and hosting providers.
Already have a domain?
We start with your existing setup. Email me the domain name and your provider’s name. If connecting the site requires account access, we agree on an appropriate access method. Do not send passwords through the contact form.
OPTIONAL HELP AFTER LAUNCH
Content that grows
with your business.
Extra is a one-off DKK 5,000. If you need ongoing content changes, you can add updates for DKK 200/month. Email me new offers, discounts, your address, opening hours or contact details and I will update the website. Domain and hosting are paid separately.

DNS settings connect a domain name with the service it should display. Your hosting provider supplies the correct values.
Can I use separate domain and hosting providers?
Yes. We connect them through the domain settings following the hosting provider’s instructions.
Do I automatically get email on my domain?
Email on your own domain is a separate part of the setup and depends on the provider and subscription. We discuss this if you would like business email.
Is the DKK 200/month required?
No. Extra can be purchased for a one-off DKK 5,000. You only add updates if you want ongoing content support.
Do I need to handle all the technical work?
Extra includes help with your domain and connecting it. You handle choosing, setting up and managing hosting and pay the provider’s domain and hosting fees yourself.
